What these fifteen works share is not their scale: in every one of them, somebody else sets the rules. Every building begins as a line.

A dimension decided on paper determines what will still be standing years later. The only thing that closes the distance between the line and the concrete is the same rigour applied at every stage: the calculation done correctly, the specification followed, the work left to those qualified for it.

Once a building is handed over, who built it and how becomes invisible. The only thing that remains visible is whether it is still standing.

Standard of work

To work on a registered building is to comply with a conservation board ruling. To work under public procurement is to comply with the letter of the specification.

In this work, when speed is allowed to override compliance, what follows is not a saving but a rebuild. Whether something was built correctly is understood not at handover but years afterwards.

Discipline of claims

We publish no environmental claim that is not documented.

Zero-waste certification, carbon targets, energy performance and environmental management system certificates do not appear on this page. Not because that work is not done, but because it is not yet documented. An undocumented environmental claim cannot be defended in a tender file or in public.

The lowest-impact building is the one that is reused: the registered mansion was not demolished but kept standing, and nearly half of the portfolio is landscaping. This page carries only what can be verified from work already done. When the documents are complete they will be published here with their sources.
